What Each Magnetic Door Lock Kit Includes
Every kit ships with a Visionis electromagnetic door lock, a matching push to exit button, and a 2-amp power supply. In-swing door models also include a ZL bracket for correct armature plate positioning. Each kit is self-contained for a basic single-door installation. For those connecting to an existing access control panel, the included exit buttons provide NC, COM, and NO output terminals to support that integration.

Selecting the Right Maglock Kit for Your Door
Selecting the correct kit starts with your door's swing direction and the environment. Each product title lists the swing type and lock rating explicitly, which makes it straightforward to narrow the selection before ordering.
Holding Force Options
The 600lb kits cover most standard interior door installations and make up the majority of this collection. The 1200lb kits are for interior doors with higher security requirements, such as server rooms or restricted-access areas. The 800lb kit is our outdoor-rated option, designed for gate use.
Β In-Swing and Out-Swing Compatibility
Out-swing door kits mount with a standard flat armature plate and are available across the 600lb and 1200lb indoor models, as well as the 800lb outdoor kit. In-swing doors require a ZL bracket to reposition the armature plate so the lock seats flush against the door. Our in-swing kits for the 600lb and 1200lb models include this bracket, so no additional hardware is needed.
Indoor and Outdoor Configurations
Nine kits are rated for indoor installation only and should not be exposed to moisture or direct weather. The FPC-7329 is our outdoor model, pairing an 800lb stainless steel electromagnetic lock with a weatherproof push-to-exit button. It is the correct choice for gate installations or exterior doors exposed to the elements.
How Push-to-Exit Buttons Work with Magnetic Door Locks
The push-to-exit button gives anyone inside the secured area a way to release the door without a credential. Pressing it momentarily cuts power to the electromagnetic lock and allows the door to open. Since all locks in this collection are fail-safe, they also release automatically during a power interruption or a connected fire alarm trigger.
Exit button styles vary by kit. Green LED and doorbell-style push-to-exit buttons are available across most of the collection. The no-touch push-to-exit button with adjustable timer delay is included in four kits and is commonly specified for medical offices or food processing environments where hands-free egress is a code or hygiene requirement.
