The FPC-5698 kit is a reliable security solution for narrow outswinging doors, featuring a 300lbs magnetic door lock (VIS-ML300LED) and an VIS-LS300 mounting bracket.

The VIS-ML300LED maglock delivers up to 300lbs of holding force, helping to secure doors against unauthorized entry. Installed beneath the top of the door frame, it keeps the door firmly closed and locked. The built-in LED indicator makes it easy to check the lock's status: red means locked, and green means unlocked.

The included VIS-LS300 bracket is specifically designed for narrow outswinging doors, ensuring proper alignment and optimal performance.

Ideal for residential, office, and light commercial applications, the FPC-5698 kit offers a durable and straightforward magnetic locking solution for enhanced door security.

NOTE: This is a Fail Safe or Normally Close lock, meaning it will unlock without power. You can add a battery backup to keep the lock engaged in case of an outage.
