How Lock Devices are Helpful to factor in your Security Plans

FPC security also provides locking devices in the form of mag locks for all type of doors, cabinets and lockers, electric strike locks for wooden and metal doors, and electronic dead drop bolt lock devices.

A magnetic lock usually referred to as a mag lock, often consists of an electromagnet and an armature plate. The magnet fits inside the door, which prevents interference, while the plate gets mounted on the front door’s face. The lock devices have various pricing mechanism depending on a variety of factors. The most common factors are the type of locks, the installation process, the lock warranty and the maintenance needed. Type of lock affects the pricing because not all locks are manufactured equally.

As a general rule of Thumb, the more security the lock provides, the higher its price is. There are two installation processes, DIY (Do It Yourself), which is cheaper and applies to homeowners who know their way around their tools,  hardware, and professional installations which refer to lock devices that are more complicated.
