Does the maglock have an auto-lock feature?

Yes, it locks automatically once power is restored.
Does the maglock make an audible sound when unlocked? Does it open the door slightly? How will customers know the door has been unlocked?

The lock makes a sound when unlocking, but it may not be very noticeable in noisy areas. It also has an LED indicator: the light turns off when unlocked and green when locked. Some users add a buzzer for a clearer sound.
