Rite Choice Security it’s a Company that works with Buildings and Offices Services. As the way they operate and work toward improvement and growth, the same happens with the buildings and offices they work for. The Security services are changing also, and they need to adapt their services to offer new solutions to match their client needs. They were familiarized with Access Control Solutions and buying equipment for security, but this time they were looking for an inexpensive but high-quality access control system with software, control panel and also with bio-metric readers to protect the building and keep of track of the people who came in and came out.

The Challenge

The main challenge is that they needed to control 6 doors total, the first two doors with biometric readers for entrance and card readers for exit, the other 4 doors with card readers/keypad and some doors with entrance and exit card readers with a software-based solution.

Solution & Results

Selling a reliable access control system for 6 doors with single door maglocks, fingerprint readers, and card readers and no touch exit buttons.

The client called FPC Security requesting tech support wiring instructions and setting up the software, first our team verify what equipment they have purchased from us and then guided them throughout the whole process.

Based on previous tech support experience working with standalone systems we were able to successfully connect in parallel through the data transfer Wiegand wires the fingerprint readers with the card readers to have one reader for entrance and the other for exit without the need to connect to an access control panel but with the advantage to be monitored and controlled with the software through the network cable or even through Wi-Fi.

Our Support department spoke with the customer after they received the products during the installation, they quite like them and mentioned that the price was great in terms of the quality of the product. The products considered were, the 4 ETL panel for controlling the 4 doors, the single door Maglocks, Card readers VIS-3100, Fingerprint readers VIS-3013 and no touch Exit buttons VIS-7013.
